The Indiana University campus has been named one of the most beautiful college campuses in the United States. As an IU alumni and a local photographer I know the best places to take your graduation photos on campus!
Sample Gates
This is the most iconic symbol on campus and EVERYONE wants their photo in front of the gates. While it is worth it, during the spring and graduation season this spot will be busy.

Showalter Fountain
One of the best spots on campus! Is there anywhere better to pop champagne? I love when the water is on in the fountain! If you want photos with the water running make sure to schedule during the warmer months.

The Red Clock
Nothing screams IU like the Red Clock! This is a great spot to get a pop of red that shows your Hoosier pride!

Rose Well House
Another fan favorite spot on campus! The Rose Well House is only a 3 minute walk from Sample Gates and can add variety to your session without going far!

The Woods Behind the Lily Library
This is one of my favorite spots in the fall! Look at that color! Perfect for shade and close to the Showalter Fountain.

Eastside of Bryan Hall
I love using this area for shade and some space. Located right by Sample Gates I use this location all the time during peak grad season!

Lily Library
I love using this building for the gold doors! Such a nice background. This library is located right by the Showalter Fountain!

E 7th Street
I love the leading lines created by the lamps on this street. The green lamps are another beautiful IU symbol!

Department of Geography
I love using this building as a background! The giant clock feels so academic! This spot is also close to Sample Gates and is typically less crowded!
